Together they run the popular food blog, Cooks with Soul, where they share many of their favorite recipes, including custom spice blends. Marrekus is active duty in the United States Air Force, and Krysten is a doctoral student and researcher in behavior analysis. They currently reside in Maryland with their blended family of 6 children.
