I received a faulty DVD that just won’t play. What now?
While we always make every effort to provide only flawless products, some DVDs might end up faulty during manufacturing. Simply dispatch an email to our royal court, and we shall grant you a complete refund. As a token of gratitude for your unwavering loyalty, anticipate delightful surprises with your next acquisition!
Do you ship internationally?
As of now, we only offer shipping within the United States. Keep an eye on our Delivery Information and sign up for our newsletter to get the latest updates directly in case we decide to expand the borders of our kingdom in the future.
When will I receive my order?
Most orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Your order will usually arrive within 1-5 business days from placing the order. As soon as we have handed over your order to our carrier, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email.
What if my delivery is damaged?
Should a damaged relic arrive within your dominion, please email us within 48 hours of delivery and attach pictures of the damaged item so that the damage can be checked. Please do not dispose of the item until you have heard back from us. No complaint can be considered unless clear proof can be given that the item(s) are faulty or damaged.
When will I receive my refund?
Refunds will be processed within 14 days. If you haven’t received a refund within 14 days of us notifying you about your refund being issued, please, check your bank account again and contact your bank or credit card company. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.
How can I pay?
Our treasury accepts offerings in the form of credit and debit cards, as well as the revered currency of the PayPal sorcery.
Can I change my delivery address after I place my order?
Once an order sets forth on its quest, the parchment bearing your address becomes sealed. Please be sure to check your shipping details prior to submitting your order and to send us an email before your order is shipped if you need to change your address.
Do I need a separate DVD player to watch your movies?
The majority of our DVDs are Region 1 / NTSC DVDs. This means that the DVDs are only able to play on DVD players made within the United States and Canada. Good news though: slightly older laptops, PC, Xbox and PlayStation can also play DVDs!
