About Friedrich Fischer Training Friedrich Fischer Training was borne from the idea, that many people work in food handling industries, without much prior knowledge about Food Safety and Hygiene. Nearly every day the media reports about transgressions against the normal rules of this industry and the writer witnessed not only once, what repercussions can evolve by this lack of knowledge. Coming from the Hotel industry with an apprenticeship as chef, he went on to study for his Bachelors at the famous Heidelberg Hotel School in Germany. The resulting qualification allowed him to run any food business or hotel by German Law. As an additional plus, he also qualified as trainer to instruct apprentices for the Hotel industry. (He received his exemption from proof of vocational skills and occupational education in compliance with the ordinance on Trainer Aptitude in 1981 from the chamber of commerce and industry Rhine-Neckar) After working for an adult training company in South Africa for 6 years and after a commitment as Senior Lecturer for Hotel management at the University of Fiji, he now tries to get as much knowledge as possible to everybody who has an interest in advancing themselves.
