Details: The duo of Black-C and 18-year-old Hitman (known in Bay Area circles as Ruthless By Law) earned their rep with a pair of independently released albums (whose combined sales total more than 350,000 copies) and regional hits like "No Bammer Weed" and "Bounce to This." As heard on their Big Beat/Atlantic debut, RBL's tracks echo influences from Ice Cube and Above the Law to Cameo and Con Funksion. The album features the emphasis track "The Individual," and guest appearances by Mystikal, MC Eiht and Richie Rich among others.
