Sounds of Tantra: Mantra Meditation Techniques from Tools for Tantra

In Sounds of Tantra, Harish Johari demonstrates the correct intonation of mantras, or words of power, that are used when meditating on the beautiful geometric paintings of yantras. In the Indian Vedic tradition, regular chanting or listening to these mantras is considered a potent means of bringing about specific effects, including the removal of obstacles, attainment of wealth, increase of love, and freedom from fear of death. About the Author
A true renaissance man, Harish Johari (1934-1999) was a distinguished North Indian musician, composer, poet, artist, gemologist, Tantric scholar, and author who held degrees in philosophy and literature. His books include Ayurvedic Massage, Tools for Tantra, Ayurvedic Healing Cuisine, Leela: The Game of Self-Knowledge, Numerology, Numerologia, The Healing Power of Gemstones, and Breath, Mind, and Consciousness.
