Tammy Partsch, a Nebraska native, also wrote It Happened in Iowa (by Globe Pequot). She creates marketing for Nebraska City Tourism & Commerce, plays the piano for a local high school choir, and coaches a nationally competitive Academic Decathlon team. Tammy lives in Nebraska City with her husband, Dave, and their son, Luke.
