Filled with dangerous alien criminals, bounty hunters, and, oh!, a pacifist sentient gun from visionary creator Robert Kirkman, writer Benito Cereno, and artist E.J. Su. Writer Benito Cereno (INVINCIBLE PRESENTS: ATOM EVE & REX SPLODE), acclaimed artist E.J. Su (TECH JACKET), and visionary creator Robert Kirkman (INVINCIBLE, THE WALKING DEAD) reunite for one of the most anticipated comic book launches of the year!
The galaxy's most dangerous alien criminal has escaped prison, and he's looking for revenge against humanity.
Now the space police have called renowned bounty hunter Akeldama "Blood" Bledsoe and her (infuriatingly) pacifist sentient gun Thunder to help them find their target by any means necessary.
Torn between following in her family's footsteps and forging her own path, Blood's violent chase across the galaxy will lead her to the last place she ever expected - that is, if she can first stop the most dangerous weapon of mass destruction ever created...

About the AuthorBenito Cereno is a writer and podcaster whose work includes Tales from the Bully Pulpit with Graeme MacDonald and Hector Plasm with Nate Bellegarde, both for Image Comics. He also wrote Invincible Presents Atom Eve and Rex Splode and, in collaboration with Robert Kirkman, the first Guarding the Globe series. He was the primary writer for The Tick from New England Comics, featuring art by Les McClaine. He has also written stories for Dark Horse Comics, Dynamite Comics, and others.
As a podcaster, he is the co-host with Chris Sims of Apocrypals, a thorough look at the Bible and related writings through a historical and literary lens, but also it's a comedy podcast, so funnier than that sounds. He also co-hosts Friends Till the End with Matt D. Wilson and Erica Henderson, a podcast nominally about the Chucky franchise, but also covering horror media more broadly.
He lives in Kentucky with his wife and two cats. He has no children but has long been refining his avuncular vibe.
First and foremost a comic creator, Kirkman has seen groundbreaking success in the adaptation of his comic book titles into major franchises in all forms of content. In 2010, his Eisner award winning series, The Walking Dead, was developed into an AMC television series. It has become a worldwide phenomenon as the highest-rated basic cable drama of all time. The property has also been extended into a blockbuster game franchise, licensing business and ongoing publishing success.
Additional Kirkman comics include Oblivion Song, Die!Die!Die!, Invincible, Outcast, Super Dinosaur, Battle Pope, Astounding Wolf-Man, and Thief of Thieves.
Kirkman also serves as consulting producer of The Talking Dead, the popular talk show hosted by Chris Hardwick that deep dives into each week's episode of both The Walking Dead and its companion series Fear the Walking Dead. Kirkman is co-creator, writer and producer of The Walking Dead's companion series, Fear the Walking Dead.
He is also executive producer of the AMC series Robert Kirkman's Secret History of Comics, and the Korean pre-apocalyptic drama, Five Year. Kirkman's popular demonic-exorcism comic, Outcast, was adapted and produced for Cinemax. His second longest running coming book series Invincible is currently being adapted for a live action movie for Universal and an animated series for Amazon. Kirkman will serve as Executive Producer on both adaptations.
Robert is also the Chairman of Skybound Entertainment. Robert, an advocate for creator rights, co-founded Skybound alongside his longtime business and producing partner David Alpert in an effort to ensure creators are able to maintain their intellectual property rights and creative control.
