Infortunio, John: - John Infortunio has dedicated over 32 years to education in New York City, primarily as a literature teacher. His second novel, Today Was Tomorrow, follows his first work, Destroyed by the Events of the Day, which delves into loyalty, justice, and institutional corruption. Influenced by classic authors like Fitzgerald and Hemingway, he also admires modern writers such as Dennis Lehane, Cormac McCarthy, David Mamet, and Stephen King. A lifelong New Yorker, John earned his B.A. from St. Francis College and his M.A. from Brooklyn College. He lives in Brooklyn with his family, continuing to inspire future generations.
