About the Author
Sandra Mikhail is an Australian-born, internationally-known accredited practicing dietitian and the founder and director of Nutrition A-Z (https: //nutrition-az.com/), based in Switzerland but with clients around the world. She holds a Bachelor of Nutrition and Dietetics (Monash University, Australia), a Master of Advanced Studies in Nutrition and Health (ETHZ) and is a member of Dietitians Australia. She also holds a Sports Nutrition Diploma by the International Olympic Committee (IOC). With experience spanning well over a decade, Sandra's main areas of specialty are digestive disease and sports nutrition. She is also co-founder of the Wellbeing Hub.
