Matijak, Jordan: - Jordan is a 13-year-old author. She just finished 7th grade and lives on Long Island, NY. She is an enthusiastic teenager, loves creating Tik-Toks with her friends. She is outgoing, and loves sports, especially softball. Her happiest times are when she is on vacation with her family. She is well-traveled and has visited Italy, France, Greece, and Croatia. She adores cruising and has been to many Caribbean Islands. However, her favorite vacation destination is Cape Cod. She loves to explore new things there, especially with her twin brother, Spencer. Jordan decided to write a children's book during the pandemic. She thought writing a fun story about friendly monsters would be a good distraction. She really enjoyed telling the tale of the haunted new house. It is important to face your fears because you never know what you just might find. She loves to create colorful things, and her room is always decorated with colored lights. Jordan loved designing the family monsters in her book. She plans to continue her series with more crazy stories about Izzy and Alex, and hopefully the monster family too!
