About the Author
Joseph-Fredericks, Sammie: - Sammie Joseph-Fredericks is a Liberian-American author, speaker and certified Personal Finance Coach currently based in Minneapolis, Minnesota. She was inspired to start writing shortly after the birth of her son, as a way to teach him important life lessons, particularly about money. Sammie is dedicated to bringing awareness to the current global financial illiteracy crises by empowering families in her community, through personal finance coaching, to take control of their finances and invest in the future of children by teaching them early. Her primary goal is to help parents start the conversation about money in a way that is fun and easy for young children to understand. Sammie holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and a Master's Degree in Regulatory Affairs and Sciences. Sammie works full time as a Regulatory Affairs Professional for a medical device manufacturing company in Minnesota. She is also a certified Professional Life and Business Coach.
