Bethley, Troy Y.: - Dr. Troy Y. Bethley resides in Lake Charles, Louisiana. He is an elementary school principal who supports students, teachers and community members. Troy utilizes research-based instructional strategies to improve student achievement from year to year. Troy received his Bachelor of Arts degree from Southern University and A&M College in Elementary Education. He received his Master of Education degree from the University of North Texas in Educational Administration. Troy enjoys researching ideas for promoting continuous student achievement; therefore, he continued his studies by earning a Doctor of Education degree from the University of North Texas in Educational Leadership. He has enjoyed writing this children's book to encourage others, while caring for his mother with dementia.Wei, Stella: - Stella Wei is an illustrator who graduated from Rhode Island School of Design in 2019.
