About the Author
Dr. Anu Taranath is faculty in English and the Comparative History of Ideas Program at the University of Washington in Seattle. She specializes in postcolonial literature and diversity pedagogies, and engages a wide range of participants from high schools to senior centers, government agencies to libraries. Recognized both regionally and nationally, Taranath is a Univ of Washington Distinguished Teaching Award recipient and a member of the Fulbright's Specialist Roster.
