He received a Bachelor of Science degree in Horticulture and a Masters degree in Agricultural Economics from the University of Maryland. Mr. Reiley is a member of various professional organizations including the American Vocational Association and the American Rhododendron Society. In his spare time he breeds new varieties of azalea hybrids and rhododendrons and manages a nursery.Shry, Carroll: - Carroll L. Shry, Jr. retired from Frederick County Schools in 2010 and currently operates Brandywine Landscaping. His credentials include a BS degree in Agricultural Education/Horticulture from the University of Maryland and an MS in Agricultural Education/Horticulture from West Virginia University. Mr. Shry is an active member of many professional organizations including the American Horticultural Society, the American Nurserymen�s Association and the National FFA Alumni Association.
