About the Author
Mukhtar, Usama: - Usama has been teaching IB Environmental Systems and Societies (ESS), and Biology for over 3 years. He has taught at multiple international schools with impressive results and has been involved in curriculum design and implementation across all programmes of IB. In addition to teaching Usama has been an assistant examiner of ESS for IB for the past 2 years. He holds a Masters in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Cornell University and is currently pursuing a PhD in plant science and evolution with a focus on environmental stress and polyploidy
