They feed fresh goods into the After Market while civilians turn a blind eye, happy to not have to choose between starvation and joining the shadow dwellers in eating human livers.

When a cult of medics known as the Red Faction starts destroying After Markets, True takes a trade to destroy the Faction right back. Armed with their shovel and plagued by their eerie stalker, Radio Silent, they traverse a land of cannibals, overly friendly strangers, and backstabbing, to complete what might end up as their final trade.
