About the Author
Stephanie Lerner is a University of Maryland and Johns Hopkins University-trained educator. She holds a BS in elementary education and an MS in counseling. With over 15 years in both public and private education, she has Texas certifications in school counseling, and bilingual/Spanish education. After traveling the world and teaching English to children, adults, and college students in such far off places as Mozambique and Bolivia, Stephanie Lerner came home to the USA with an idea to publish the ESL/bilingual lessons she had created abroad. After honing her skills in the public school system and finding so few practical, comprehensive ESL resources, she decided to write this book. She currently lives in the community where she works. When she's not writing or educating, she stays busy on her ranch with her husband and their menagerie of pets- all bilingual, of course!
