Emily, Adriane, and Kara are all drawn to a secretplace deep in the woods. It is much harder thanit would be because Kara will not cooperate with theother two mages. There they discover a portal toanother world through which strange and wondrousanimals have emerged, searching desperately for themagic that will keep them alive. The animals arepeaceful and good, but what follows them throughthe portal is pure evil. The girls have been chosen bymagical beings called Fairimentals to protect themagical animals, though they do not know why. Tosave them and their world, the three girls must begina quest to find the lost home of legendary magic, Avalon, or to perish trying
