Description
This is a poem from long ago, before gods had the names we know, in the time of the earliest diaspora of the Norse. When a folk was formed and reality was forged on the anvil of history by the dreams and deeds of heroes fueled by their fylgjur.
Here revealed are the legendary origins of both Berserkers and Ulfhednar, the beast-warrior sects of Viking-Age Odinism, as conflicts from without and within threaten the flourishing of a community.
Berserkr is the ancient Legend of the Skins, told in language which resonates across millennia with the timbre and simplicity of a drumbeat and the pulsing resilience of a people's heart.
