uickly once it's been Dr. Jack Curtis has over 35 years experience working with college, National, Olympic and professional athletes in all sports on their "inner game." He has focused in the sport of baseball for 17 years and has been the mental skills coordinator for the Milwaukee Brewers, the Seattle Mariners and is currently the mental skills coach for the Philadelphia Phillies focusing on developing prospects in their minor league system. He is also a certified sports hypnotist and has authored 12 previous books on mental skills for athletes, relaxation and various health science topics. He is the president of J & K Curtis and Associates a consultant firm which focuses on helping athletes improve consistency, break out of slumps and challenge their comfort zones to move to a higher level of performance.
