A Parisian-inspired tea party in her grandparents' garden swiftly gives way to a surprising and thrilling journey to France. Who else but Riley can soar across a starry sky on a giant sunflower, float across a lavender field tucked in a fancy gargantuan croissant, or fashion a space age vehicle out of creamy macarons?

With a flip and a twirl, a swoosh and a curl, Riley and her canine pal Pup zoom through time and space to visit Monet and Van Gogh, artists she's only seen in museums and books. They compete in the Grand Prix, dance in the French Alps and ultimately come full circle for a tea party on the sidewalks of Paris, where they meet up with unexpected visitors.
