The Best of the Uncle Floyd Show (DVD)

This DVD offers the 'Best of the Uncle Floyd Show', a variety program featuring slapstick comedy and music which has been broadcast off and on in the New Jersey/New York area since the early 1970s. Floyd 'Uncle Floyd' Vivino's creation of a children's show with humor skewed to adults was a precursor to later shows such as Pee Wee's Playhouse. Anyone of a certain age who grew up in the New Jersey/New York area will have heard of this show. Celebrity fans include the Ramones, John Lennon, and David Bowie.
