CHRIS WATTERS is best known for building an independent brokerage utilizing the team-centric model in Austin, Texas. Watters built the business in the middle of the Great Recession and in a highly competitive market that is home to some of the largest national real estate chains. His vision and entrepreneurial spirit led him from sleeping on his girlfriend's (now wife's) couch in 2010 to becoming the first team owner to EARN $1Million in net income in three short years. Fueled by a desire to improve the success rate of real estate agents through proven training and innovative consumer-facing programs, Watters has built his business on helping others push past their self- imposed limitations and adding massive value to the consumer experience. Watters is a graduate of Texas State University and an avid reader. He resides in his hometown of Austin, with his beautiful wife and best friend, Amanda, along with their daughter, Eva, and two rambunctious dogs, Bentley and Ollie. BRADLEY POUNDS joined Watters International Realty in 2011, first rising through the ranks as a Buyer Specialist, then Buyer Agent Team Leader, and eventually becoming the company's first President and COO. Pounds describes himself as Mr. Spock to Chris Watters's Captain Kirk. His passion lies in helping agents become successful through constant training, killer customer service, and personal integrity. Pounds is active in the community and serves as an advocate for children in foster care. He is a graduate of the University of Texas and lives in Austin, where he and husband Shannon just welcomed their first child, Jake.
