Delays at a canyon in northern Arizona have turned a normal work camp into a bustling small town almost overnight. The town of Ca?on Diablo quickly becomes a haven for debauchery, sin, and lawlessness. Those in charge, led by the stalwart Lieutenant Harris, do their utmost to maintain civility and ensure the rail line is finished in the face of a pending blizzard.
