Description
For sixteen years, from 1939 to 1955, Planet Stories was the most renowned of the pulp science fiction magazines, filling the imagination of its readers with wonderment and transporting them to worlds of awe and fantasy. Contributors to the magazine were the best and brightest of the science fiction world, including Bryce Walton, Leigh Brackett, Poul Anderson, Marion Zimmer Bradley, Raymond Z. Gallun, and countless others.
Perhaps the greatest of these contributors was Ray Bradbury, author of such classic works of fiction as Fahrenheit 451 and The Martian Chronicles. Now, for the first time, ten of the master's most compelling works appear together in the Planet Stories Collection.
Compiled stories include: "Zero Hour," "The Creatures That Time Forgot," "Lazarus Come Forth," "Rocket Summer," "Lorelei of the Red Mist" (written with Leigh Brackett), and five others.
Keep an eye out for more story anthologies from the Planet Stories collection, as well as other works in the Pulp Science Fiction series.
