Description
Details: 2016 release. Last year, The Game made history being the first artist to release two Top 5 charting albums in consecutive weeks on the Billboard current albums chart with The Documentary 2 & 2.5 sets. This year, he took on a few ambitious side projects including the A&E documentary special Streets Of Compton, which he narrated and was featured in. Along with the A&E special, he released the companion soundtrack album Streets Of Compton; he also ventured into the gaming world with block wars, a gaming app in conjunction with a soundtrack album of the same name. To close out this rather ambitious year, Game once again sets his sights on a full time commitment to music via 1992 - an album not only intended as the full on sequel to the historic Documentary 2 sets - but also fondly inspired by his affection for artists Like Dr. Dre, Snoop Dogg and 2pac, all discovered and eventually signed to Death Row, which was founded in 1992. Featuring his biggest radio hit in nearly five years - "All Eyez" is the lead single off the album, proving to be a true summer jam from another classic album in the making. On "All Eyez", produced by Scott Storch, the Game reminisces, sweet talks and romances his lady while featuring a serenade by R&B crooner Jeremih.
