C-VOE, a conservation volecular unit, is one of the robots programmed to detect tornados, earthquakes, hurricanes, and minerals and gems beneath Earth's surface. R-CON, a radar-connecting unit, is the other robot that is programmed to detect unusual encounters from the depths of space and other planetary readouts in the solar system. Tom and his crew have spent the last twelve years working to protect and save lives by detecting disasters weeks before they occur.
