There's a killer loose in the city! People are being murdered in different bizarre methods. The only thing these victims have in common is that they all work for local stations and are involved in Children's Show Programs that feature and play old cartoons. The most disturbing thing about all of these murders, is that each victim is found with copper pennies placed over their eyes.

Detective Frank Robbins of the Police Department, obtains the help of local pop-culture expert, Dr. Bishop Hart, to assist with the case. Together their sift through the clues to determine what is mythology, what is jealousy, what is rage and what is normal. Once they uncover the plot behind it all, no one's childhood memories will ever be the same!
