Welcome to Spookable Tales Volume 3! This is the third in a collection of short horror stories and the longest volume thus far. Find out what happens when the author goes to a Festival of Fear with a friend and finds true terror! All seems well at the festival until the costume contest when everyone starts behaving like the characters whose costumes they are wearing.
