The Red Light Bandit

For a span of five years in 1960's Sao Paolo, a impoverished young thief (Paulo Villaça) armed with wits, charisma and a red-lensed flashlight regularly looted the homes of the well-off, got away with robbery, rape and murder, frittered away his proceeds partying, and dared the local cops to catch him.
