Prism, Vol. 2 - Paperback

Humanity is winning. For the last 500 years, man-eating monsters called signum have plagued the world of Lokyer. Now, thanks to technological advancements and the rise of mages their numbers have dwindled. The most powerful mages can attempt to pass a test called the Crucible. If they succeed, they earn the title "Prestige" and are given a license granting them incredible privileges.

After the criminal organization, Penumbra, killed his mother and brother and left him to starve alone in the forest, Monty vowed to become a Prestige and avenge them. He is admitted into Constellation Academy's Prestige Program, dedicated to fostering the next wave of Prestiges.

Love is in the air! Months after their final exam, Team Prism is back for another semester with their hardest mission to date: live like normal high school students! With the boys shifting their focus to romance, a mysterious and handsome transfer student throws a wrench into their plans. A dangerous field trip. A case of blight. Can Team Prism come together to overcome the scars of their pasts, or will they fall apart from secrets and misunderstandings?
