Lehrer Distinguished Chair in Water Engineering in the Department of Biological and Agricultural Engineering at Texas A&M University. He has published nearly 1100 journal articles and has served as author or co-author of 28 books and editor of over 70 books, including Handbook of Applied Hydrology, Second Edition, and Encyclopedia of Snow, Ice and Glaciers.
