Welcome to Dinner with the Dead, hold on to your head. Dress to distress. Champagne or moonshine, to your liking. Cheers, let's celebrate the years!
Thus begins a night to remember at the Infinite Inn. The story of a most unusual dinner party is told by the Infinite Inn's owner, a woman with a thirst for knowledge, a hunger for connection, a dark sense of humour, and a penchant for a two-for-one special: the double entendre. Invitees to the party "ghost list" are living and dead, fictional and nonfictional. Painter Stefani Pagliaro talks charcoal with Vincent Van Gogh. Murray Silverstone, a recreational sailor, swaps adventure stories with Alexander the Great.
From Ancient Egypt to Sherwood Forest to the backseat of a Chevrolet Bel Air convertible, Dinner with the Dead takes readers through a genre-defying investigation of history, creativity, and beyond mortality. Ultimately showcasing the vital interdependence of the everlasting human experience.
