Star Wars Survive the Sarlacc

The Sarlacc(TM) is hungry! It's unfurling its tentacles and opening its mouth up wide. Will you fall into the Great Pit of Carkoon? Or will you be the last player to survive?

Play as characters from the famous Sarlacc Pit battle scene on Tatooine(TM), as seen in Star Wars: Return of the Jedi (Episode VI)(TM). On their turn, players draw from the circle of cards placed around the Sarlacc Pit. Equipment can save you. Actions can help or hinder. Heroes inflict attacks. Tentacles will try to drag you into the pit. But the greatest threat of all is the mouth of the Almighty Sarlacc! If you have no defenses left when you're attacked, then you fall into the pit and are out of the game. The last surviving player wins!

2023 marked the 40th anniversary of the release of Star Wars: Return of the Jedi (Episode VI), so there is no better time to head back to Tatooine and relive one of the greatest battle scenes ever seen on screen. Except this time, you're part of the action.

HOW TO PLAY/AIM OF THE GAME:
Can you survive the Almighty Sarlacc? Play as characters from the famous Sarlacc Pit battle scene on Tatooine. Each player takes a character token, its corresponding special ability card, and has five Equipment cards dealt to them. Place the Great Pit of Carkoon board in the centre of the table, then deal the remaining cards face down in a circle around it. On their turn, players draw a card from the circle and turn it face up for all to see. Defence cards are for your protection. Action cards can help or hinder. Hero cards inflict an attack. Tentacle cards will try to drag you into the pit. But the greatest threat of all is the mouth of the Almighty Sarlacc! If you have no Defence cards left when you're attacked, and you've used your special ability, then you fall into the pit and are out of the game. The last surviving player wins!
