101 Testimonies of Hope takes you on an encouraging journey through life stories about Dreams, Faith, Hope, Healing, Prayer, Relationships, Joy, Love, Solidarity and Justice, Discipleship, and Trust. These stories are the testimonies of 52 Hope Writers and Hope Artists, shared through their devotionals, poetry, and artwork, assisted by Hope Translators, who also contributed Bible verses in 14 languages. Representing 12 countries and 14 languages, these contributors are all members of the Testimonies of Hope community (www.testimoniesofhope.com), within which testimonies such as these are called Hope Devotions and Hope Artist Reflections. 100 percent of the proceeds from this book will go back to our community for Hope Donations to ministries around the world
About the Author
Argrow "Kit" Evans, MA, MAT, MDiv is a national trainer, speaker, and activist with Pace e Bene Nonviolence Service and the National Association of Students Against Violence Everywhere. She has been a trainer and activist for many years working relentlessly in the areas of conflict resolution, nonviolence education, violence prevention, and assisting people in healing from violence and abuse. She has studied, worked, and served in England, Japan, South Africa, Tanzania, Kenya, Saint Lucia, Saint Kitts and Nevis. Kit is the founder of Testimonies of Hope: The Intercultural Christian Devotional Website (www.testimoniesofhope.org). She now uses her education, teachings on nonviolence and conflict resolution, travels, experiences with dance, healing, and spirituality as a life coach, speaker, teacher, and activist (www.kitevanslive.com).
