Details: Two CD set containing a newly discovered studio album recorded by the legendary Hans Georg Brunner-Schwer in Villingen. These tapes were recorded five days after the legendary live performance at the 1968 Montreux Jazz Festival, which were released on Verve and won a Grammy. This is the only Evans studio album for trio featuring bassist Eddie Gomez and drummer Jack DeJohnette. Liner notes include new historical essays, interviews and previously unpublished photos.
