High school science nerd Barney Springboro (Scott Baio, Charles in Charge, Joanie Loves Chachi, Bugsy Malone, Happy Days) is just your average teen-until a lab mishap zaps him with telekinetic powers! With a little help from his mischievous best friend Peyton (Willie Aames, Eight Is Enough, Love in the Limelight, Bibleman), Barney sets out to have some fun with his newfound abilities, leading to pranks, chaos, and out-of-control wardrobe malfunctions.
