This book is a collection of articles which first appeared in the "A word from Manaka Unsui" section of the Jinenkan newsletter, "Seiryu". Through these articles, Manaka Sensei has addressed the membership of the Jinenkan on a wide range of topics. While this compilation is primarily intended for newer members who would not have received this information the first time around, older members will also benefit from having this information brought together in one volume for the first time.
