He has authored twenty-three books with religious and secular themes. Moore has served seven churches in Oklahoma as lead pastor. He was speaker on the "Herald of Faith," radio program for a decade. Dean led a monthly forum on hot-button issues at the Public Library for seven years. He has been senior pastor at seven churches in Oklahoma. While serving as pastor, he conducted several fact-finding tours to Israel and the Old Soviet Union.
