At the core of each individual is an inherent need to feel safe and unconditionally loved. When we are children, we look to the caregivers in our lives to give that to us. As we grow and mature, we can look to our Higher Power to help us connect to that unconditional love and feeling of safety, allowing us to then give it to that little girl or little boy within. This book is for the Inner Child within each of us, who sometimes needs to be reminded that they are in fact seen, heard, understood, and safe in this existence.
