A Czech government scientist invents a machine that removes the contents of people's dreams from inside their heads, guaranteeing a more peaceful night's rest. In a case of technology gone hilariously wrong, a cartoonist's comic book saga leaps (literally) from his head and into the real world, plunging buxom heroine Jessie (Olga Schoberová), a malevolent cowpoke, and a muscular superman into the streets of Prague.
