As a child, Margie was often in a world of her own, much to the frustration of her parents. In fact, her mom once took her to a hearing specialist fearing she was deaf, only to find out it was just "selective hearing."Through her story and simple illustrations, Margie hopes to encourage a sense of wonder and possibility, the quiet faith, courage, and love to embrace our own uniqueness, and the comforting realization that no matter what challenges life brings, we never have to walk through them alone.
