He co-founded a church planting network called the Association of Related Churches, launched a coaching network called GrowLeader, and serves as chancellor of Highlands College, a four-year ministry training college. Chris and his wife, Tammy, have five children and ten grandchildren and live in Birmingham, Alabama.
