Athens, GA beat-maker and hip hop scene champion Wesdaruler releases his debut LP that mixes jazz, electronic, and hip hop with minimal beats and soft and discordant piano. Wesdaruler aka Wesley Johnson made a name last year when his beats were all over the Linqua Franqa debut album that New York Times and NPR all flipped out over. Hip hop channeled through Young Marble Giants & Marvin Gaye.
