Williams, Jeannine: - At the young age of 8, Jeannine gave her heart to Christ and was gloriously saved while attending a summer Christian camp. During the next 13 years; however, achieving excellence in sports took priority over selling out to God and yielding to His will. Through a series of circumstances, God captured her attention while in her last year of college and Jeannine surrendered her life entirely to whatever God had for her; it was at that time that she truly began to "grow in grace, and in the knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ" by daily spending time in the Bible and in prayer. From that time to the present God has led her on a journey of hills and valleys that have directed her to trust in Him with all her heart and have taught her to not lean upon her own understanding, because they have made her to realize that God's ways are not our ways nor His thoughts our thoughts. Each time she yielded to Him and acknowledged Him in the ways placed before her she found Him always faithful to direct her path and to direct her perfectly. These lessons have been learned one step at a time as she daily met with the Lord to pray and study the Bible.
