About the Creators
Alejandro Jodorowsky is one of the world's most prolific graphic novel writers. Born in Chile in 1929, his creative journey spans puppetry, mime, theater, and film before revolutionizing European comics. His collaboration with Moebius on "The Incal" resulted in one of the most creative European sci-fi graphic novel series of all time, selling millions worldwide. Jodorowsky's work on "The Metabarons" with Gimenez established him as a master storyteller in the science fiction genre.
Travis Charest, born in Leduc, Alberta, gained recognition through his work with Wildstorm Studios on Wild CATS before traveling to Paris to collaborate on this Metabarons universe project. His detailed, cinematic art style brings unprecedented visual depth to this limited edition.
Zoran Janjetov is among the most prominent comics creators of former Yugoslavia, best known as the illustrator of "Before The Incal," also written by Alejandro Jodorowsky. His contribution to Weapons of the Metabaron showcases his mastery of science fiction visual storytelling.
