We Are Buried in the Garden - Paperback

Marceline never imagined life without her younger sister, but a horrific accident threatens to steal Lydie into the afterlife.

When her father's overflowing debts result in Marcy's marriage to Germaine Beaumont, grandson of the elusive doctor rumored to be able to bring back the dead, Marcy believes she has found the answer to reviving Lydie before it is too late for her soul.

But her arrival at Little Garden Estate is not met with the miracle she had hoped for. Instead, she is greeted by a house filled with haunting secrets, a bitter grandmother-in-law, an elusive husband, and a blushing maid who is certain to bring Marcy to distraction.

With numbered days before Lydie's soul is corrupted, Marcy sets out to discover the deceased doctor's secrets. But with nightmares haunting her sleep, Lydie's increasingly erratic behavior, and her duties as mistress of the estate, Marcy finds time slipping through her fingers, no closer to reviving her sister than when they'd first arrived.

The deeper Marcy digs into the mysteries of Little Garden, the more apparent it becomes that whatever Dr. Beaumont had unearthed about death, it has been buried for good reason.

We Are Buried in the Garden is a standalone adult gothic fantasy-horror novel filled with chilling mystery and a side of sweet sapphic romance.
