To destroy a savage cult and survive a bloody war, an eighteen-year-old Demon must master the fiery powers of a grinning mask.
Cut off by his powerful grandfather Subnekros, Prymos Virtex is a hotheaded outcast desperate to prove himself in the deadly kingdom of Kozmorros. His moment comes when he seizes the sneering Vicious Demon Mask-a dark artifact that finally awakens his Pyrokinetic abilities.
But Prymos's reckless crusade ignites a feud that consumes the kingdom. His violent rampage puts him in the sights of the Sanguis Dei, a militant cult commanded by the sadistic Lord Nazawrath.
Left permanently scarred after being captured and tortured, Prymos must kill Nazawrath and exact his revenge. If he fails to save the kingdom, or succumbs to his inner demons, he will suffer a fate far worse than death.
Game of Thrones meets Invincible in this gritty, action-packed dark fantasy.
