Details: With a cast of over 400 led by the dynamic team of Diana Ross and then-19 year-old Michael Jackson, the hit soundtrack to the film version of the Wiz (Broadway's urban adaption of the Wizard of Oz) finally debuts on CD, complete with 20-bit digital re-mastering and 24-page booklet filled with liner notes, art, lyrics and more. The music was originally adapted and supervised by Quincy Jones; the Tony Award winning songs are by Charlie Smalls and the production features a 99-member orchestra, 70-voice adult choir, 35-member children's choir and more.
