Ian Levine, the English songwriter, producer, and DJ well known as a champion of Northern Soul Music in the UK and for his Hi-NRG productions that took disco music to another level, is the focus of this seven track compilation. Presented here are some of the biggest hits of the Hi-NRG movement that Levine spearheaded including Hazell Dean's "They Say It's Gonna Rain," Vikki Benson's "Easy Love" and Carol Jiani's "Hit 'N' Run Lover."
